With over 30 years working for some of the most successful businesses on the planet, the last 15 spent as PKB’s Business Strategist, time has come for me to concentrate on delivering change to SME’s and OME’s directly. People call me “The Don” because I ask tough questions, pull no punches and always deliver for my clients.

At Cranfield Consulting we specialise in helping clients develop their personal and business visions & goals. We then assist them in creating and implementing the plans and activities designed to achieve them. With our help they develop a business that works so they have the option not to!

My practical approach to business stems directly from my own personal experience. Starting out as an engineering apprentice on the shop floor I worked my way up to run assembly and manufacturing plants in the automotive component industry. Following my MBA from Cranfield University I moved into financial management roles in blue chip companies within the Toiletries and Cosmetics; Electronics Brown Goods and the Rag Trade where I learnt the secrets of sustainable business building.

I have held directorships in several blue chip companies and renowned business consulting organisations. My consultancy clients have included an almost Who’s Who list of clients including The RAC, Philip Morris, Automated Security Holdings, Scantronic, Modern Alarms and Faberge – to name just a few. I became a partner in PKB in 1998, merging my other business interests to create The PKB Group. My role as Business Strategy Advisor to PKB’s clients gained me a reputation as someone who could not only think outside the box but act outside it too.
